Product QuestionsCan a Stellarvue M2D - Alt-Azimuth Mount Head w/ Losmandy Saddle be mounted on a Losmandy LW Tripod for GM8 Equatorial Mounts?
Thanks.Question by: Sam Lewis on Mar 9, 2015 8:19:00 PMNot without a custom machined adapter. The M2D needs a 3-8"-16 screw facing upward to mount to a tripod and the LW Tripod uses a 6" diameter circular mount base with 3x 3-8"-16 screws coming in from the side at 120 degrees apart. Very different connection systems.Answer by: Chris Hendren on Mar 11, 2015 6:10:00 PM
