A standard adapter if you want to attach 1.25" accessories to an adapter or telescope with T2 male thread! This Baader adapter provides absolutely recise focusing for visual observation and astrophotography. Now you can correct the mirror shift of the SCT telescope! Simply coarse focus using the SCT focuser, the use the built in helical microfocuser for fine tuning!

But that's not all, the Baader T2 adapter keeps your accessories snug and safe with three knurled screws that tighten a non-marring brass compression ring fitting.

Microfocusing has never been so easy or simple! Just turn the upper portion of the Baader T2 adapter. One complete revolution gives you an additional 4mm of travel for perfect focus with all kinds of telescopes.

It's a good product but....
The piece is well made and looks good. It is a good product. howeverI have to agree 100% with DesertSky on his review. Depending on what you are doing with this the rotation could cause you substantial problems. The other problem I encountered was the viscosity of the grease on the threads. I was hoping to use this for fine tuning the focus on a SCT on very high magnifications. It proved to be so stiff I might as well been adjusting the primary mirror. I did try to flush out whatever was in there and replace it with a very fine Teflon grease. Works better now.. I would recommend it with the for mentioned qualifiers.

Nicely made but be aware
When you focus this item, the 1.25" tube turns which is fine with an eyepiece but if you are using a camera you can't focus and maintain alignment of the chip.
