Product QuestionsHello, will this be appropriate for a Lunt 102mm f/7 refractor, and will its field illuminate the full-frame sensor in a Canon 6D?Question by: Steven Fahey on Oct 16, 2016 5:54:00 PMYes and no. The field flattener is a very good match for the scope you want to use it on, but it will not quite illuminate the entire sensor due to the T-thread output. You should get excellent illumination over about 90% of the sensor, though, and you will need to shoot flats or crop to correct the corners.Answer by: Chris Hendren on Oct 30, 2016 3:37:00 PMQuestion by: TURKI alamri on Feb 12, 2017 4:28:00 AMThis will likely work with your scope, but you may need to experiment with various T2 thread adapters and shims to get the flattest field possible, as the back focus for best performance may not be identical between the WO and ES scopes.Answer by: Chris Hendren (Admin) on Feb 15, 2017 5:13:00 PMQuestion by: berchan on Aug 4, 2014 8:55:21 AMThe spacing on this focal reducer is set for the GT102 102mm f/6.9 scope. It will probably be over-corrected on a 111mm f/7 scope unless you can reduce the spacing slightly (move the camera a couple mm closer to the sensor than the standard 55mm). This will be difficult with DSLR cameras but possible with most CCD cameras.Answer by: Chris (Admin) on Aug 5, 2014 12:40:03 PM
