Product QuestionsQuestion by: Alexander Arnott on Dec 31, 2016 11:19:00 AMThe only way to add a 2" filter inline (and only with a Canon DSLR) would be with the Baader Protective T ring for Canon: https://www.optcorp.com/baader-protective-wide-t-ring-for-eos-w-2-nosepiece.html. The included 2" nosepiece can be removed, a 2" filter can be threaded inside, and an included stepdown adapter to T-thread can then allow attachment to this T-adapter.
There are currently no options to use 2" filters with other DSLR brands and this adapter at the moment, unfortunately.Answer by: Chris Hendren (Admin) on Jan 2, 2017 11:10:00 AMIs this 2" adapter of 1.25"? if it's the latter then what would you recommend as i need 2" adapter to be used for astro cameras like QHY 183c or a full frame DSLR cameraQuestion by: Vaibhav on Apr 15, 2015 2:32:00 AMThis adapter will thread on to any C9.25 (with the 2" visual back adapter on the EdgeHD), but the length is really only designed for the 8" EdgeHD. For the 9.25" Edge, you would be better off with the CE-93646 which fits the larger 3.29" thread. For a 9.25" standard SCT, the CE-93633-A is a better match - especially if you use an f/6.3 reducer.Answer by: Chris Hendren (Admin) on Apr 15, 2015 11:06:00 AM
