Vixen ED81S II Refractor Telescope
This SD Glass Scope goes wherever you go. All Vixen ED Apochromatic Refractors feature Super Low Dispersion Glass in the objective lens that quells leftover chromatic aberration far below the threshold of visibility for sharp, high contrast images for visual observers as well as astrophotographers. SD Glass on the ED81S refractor is fully multi-coated for high contrast observing that is practically free of false color. Even the most fastidious visual observers or astrophotographers will be satisfied with this telescope's blend of improved color correction from the new SD glass and more vivid images from its fast f/7.7 focal ratio. SD glass was constructed using glass technology that is environmentally friendly. The optical tube achieves great stability while maintaining a lightweight, portable frame. Includes Vixen's Dual-Speed focuser supporting fine focus modifications for 1/7th speed focusing.
