Celestron 40mm Omni Plossl Telescope Eyepiece

Celestron's Omni eyepiece line is a classic example of a 4-lens symmetrical Plossl design. There are several choices in Plossl eyepieces on today's market, and Celestron knew that including all of the little things we like in an eyepiece would add up to a great value.

Each eyepiece is fully multi-coated for great light transmission. Fold-down rubber eyecups and rubberized grips come standard as well, and each eyepiece has blackened edges to decrease internal reflections.

not bad for the price, but the AFOV is 46deg, not 52deg!!!!
Was going to use this as a finder eyepiece for my f6.5 refractor, but I was misled by the advertised 52deg FOV. Now I am stuck with it (I live in SE Asia). But, the optics are very nice.

Product Questions

Can I see the Moons, of Jupiter, and Saturn? I have a Celestron AstroMaster 114, and the eye pieces it came with I can't see much other then the Moon.

Thank you.
