Low profile (1.5" long by 2" diameter) adapter allows for use with conventional 2" star diagonals. The Televue Short Schmidt Cassegrain Adapter - ACS-0004 combined with the TeleVue 2" star diagonal, will create 3/4" of clearance between the star diagonal and the telescope drive base. Precision threaded to fit 2" diameter rear cell thread of 5" and larger Celestron and Meade Schmidt-Cassegrain and 7" Meade Maksutov-Cassegrain telescopes.
