Stellarvue M7E heavy duty alt-azimuth mount will hold 45 pounds and has a black hard anodized CNC finish. This model includes two high resolution encoders, allowing you to attach a digital setting circle computer for goto capabilities.
The M7 mount head is designed to work with the Stellarvue pier/tripod (TSL5), which provides the most stable platform, but it will mount to any heavy-duty tripod with a 3/8-16 bolt.
Includes encoders, two arms with attachment holes for Takahashi or Losmandy plates, a counterweight shaft and 6.5 lb counterweight.

The Stellarvue MG Alt-Azimuth Mount is a portable, easy-to-use alternative to more complicated, heavy equatorial mount, especially when you want quick set-up for visual use...traveling or at home.
The Stellarvue MG mount has a weight capacity of 15 pounds, and works well for 80mm - 115mm telescopes, especially those made by Stellarvue!
This geared head is driven by an oversized worm gear. Lock and adjustment knobs are oversized for easy manipulation, even with gloves on.
The MG mount head attaches directly to a big (Bogen) Manfrotto style camera tripod, or choose the lighter TA3 aluminum tripod or heavy-duty TSL6 Pier Tripod for the ultimate in stability.
The Stellarvue MG Mount will begin shipping in late 2009.
