Hand grenade or Pineapple
Yes, it is a handfull. Got this eyepiece with my new Megrez 110ed package and I love this big piece of glass. Physically awe inspiring in nature by its size and craftsmanship. The view is wonderful across the expansive field. Near pinpoint to the edge even at f4.7 in my 10 dob. Nice contrast. I will keep it and never part with it. Nice job William Optics! |

Try not to fall in
This eyepiece is BIG and heavy (around 2 lbs, but with a 28mm focal length and an ultra-wide 82 degree Apparent Field of View (AFOV it feels like looking out a giant window into the far reaches of space. Even in an f/5 scope, this eyepiece shows pinpoint stars more than 90% of the way from center to edge, and it is near-perfect at f/6 or longer focal ratios. A great buy for a low power ultra-wide eyepiece. |
