APM Telescopes
APM Telescopes, located in Germany near the border with France & Luxemborg, are known world-wide for their high quality Russian-made optics and finely machined telescope tube assemblies. Not too long ago, if amateur astronomers wanted to buy an APM telescope, they would have to import it from Germany, and while highly unlikely, all return and repair issues would require a trip back across the Atlantic in order to be resolved.
